This is the Bob Williams Big Band Broadcast.
55 minutes devoted to the great American musical era
known as Jazz...or Swing. Popular music renowned for its
fine reputation called "Musicianship". To those of us
who were nurtured on it and participated in it, it can
be regarded as "nostalgia". To the High School and
College students who are members of "Jazz" or "Swing"
Bands (playing off the same charts of the era) it can be
an inspiration.....a chance to hear and study the
masters 0f the art. And, to those who may be listening
for the first time to this amazing form of musical
accomplishment, it can be an item of curiosity or
exploration. Just enjoy it.
